Runtime Errors "ITAB_DUPLICATE_KEY" for Background Job

I have a background job to create CVC and it is giving short dump that Runtime Errors "ITAB_DUPLICATE_KEY and

A row with the same key already exists.

But I already cheked the MPOS and there is no duplicate CVC.

What might be the problem.

Maybe you can provide the details of the short dump, expecially the coding part and call stack part?
