Installation groups not working the second billing period.

Installation groups billed fine the first billing period but the second billing period the data exchange is not occurring.  This is a secondary to primary exchange and the secondary appears to be sending the data but the primary is not retrieving it.  This worked the first billing period exchanging both quantities and amounts.

If billing was executed for the secondary, data should flow to the primary. Elaborate on the error if any?

Please make sure to do a consistency check of the rules used in installation groups. Also mark that operands used in defining the rules of data flow, they have "ERCHV Operand" checked.

Problem solved - the date ranges before and after the meter read date were too large.
