IT Performance Reporting: no data for most queries/web templates

Hello!

We are using Solman 7.1 SP8 and have activated "IT Performance Reporting" for some systems as part of CCMS/System Monitoring. For one system we unfortunately have the following situation:

ABAP System --> Availability  --> System Availability (data available)

ABAP System --> Performance -->  System Performance (no data)

ABAP System --> Performance --> Response Time Distribution (data available)

ABAP System --> Performance --> Response Time Composition (data available)

ABAP System  --> Capacity --> Main Memory (no data)

ABAP System --> Capacity --> Paging Rate (no data)

ABAP System --> Capacity   --> CPU (no data)

ABAP System --> Capacity --> File System (no data)

ABAP System --> Capacity --> Database (no data)

This system is installed in cluster environment and has the same short SID like the other one,

but within LMDB this system is called like EP1_2. All the extractors for this system showing no errors.

Has some idea how to solve this issue?

Hi,

It is very obvious, your OS related data does nt comes up,

make sure your saposcol and host control working fine, you can also check the status of host in LMDB text editor, data comes automatically.

And also like to add, if your steps in managed system config ends with green then you can see the data without fail.

Hi Alex,

This could be not a reporting problem, this is if the system technical monitoring is not being calculated, then it willnot providing data to the reporting.

If this is the issue you are getting, I recommend you to implement SAP Note 1739161 - Collective corrections for the MEA Directory SP5 . Afterwards, perform the technical monitoring configuration from the SETUP.

many thanks for your reply.

Unfortunately we did not use/activavate technical monitoring now.

We use ccms-based work center "System monitoring" an there we activated reporting function "IT Performance Reporting".

For all the systems we get the data within reporting, besides one with the same short SID....

This sap note 1739161 does not apply for SP8 in my case....
