Hi experts,
After the contract document (word doc format) is created in the system, we can't insert clauses and/or sections from the system's lybrary. Only by checking in and out from the document.
Is there a way to enable a feature, allowing the users to add clauses/sections FROM the system's library, without the need of checking in and out from the document ?

Hi,
During the creation of contract document via a template, you can select the clauses applicable. But once a contract is created, system assumes that you have used all the clauses and expects the user to check-in and check-out to perform any further changes to the contract. As such there is no such setting or configuration to allow addition of more clauses without check-in and check-out.
