Hi
First check the central SLD system whether it is getting updated information form the system on which you performed support pack upgrade.
If your central SLD system is solution manager and the system on which you have performed support pack upgrade is registered to solution manager SLD then the system information (SMSY) is updated through SLD.
Check the job "LANDSCAPE FETCH" is executed successfully in solution manager system. This job is responsible for updating system information in SMSY.

Imad

Check patch level info in:
1) SLD;
2) SMSY(SM7.0 EhP1) or LMDB(SM7.1)
and correct it if it's wrong.

Hi Kiran,
Based on SAP note 69455, ST-A/PI component should be 01Q_700.
Please upgrade this component on Satellite system and then check the results.
Hope this helps.

Hi
Is your satellite systems are patched with the latest SPs ? Is there any mismatch in EWA report and your satellite systems ?
If any such mismatches , check the st-pi and st-a/pi level in solman and sattelite systems, and update with latest ones.

Hi Kiran,
i think there are 3 possible reasons:
1. ur SolMan or his product description is not up to date? Was the backendsystem updated or upgraded in the past? simple said: the SolMan doesn't know the SP-Level of the backendsystem
2. the backendsystem doesn't update the solman. --> go to the SLD of the SolMan and have a look at the refreshdate of the relevant backendsystemen --> http://sldhost:5instnr.00/sld --> administration --> technical systeme --> seach for ur system, have a look for the date
2.1 check the sld-connection of the backend / client system
--> for as abap based systems you can maintain it via TC RZ70. Check this pls.
--> for as java based systems you can maintain the datasupplier depended on the release as follow:
a. as java <7.3 via visual admin --> server --> services --> sld datasupplier. check here the connonection
b. as java >=7.3 via nwa --> configuration --> security --> destination. check here the sld destinations
3. may be in the backendsystem the sdccn data send doesn't work correct?
3.1 go to tc sdccn
3.2 have a look for the task "refresh session", does it sent the data to ur solman?
edit:
an also possible reason is the patchlevel of the solution tools components in both systems.
have a look for ST-PI and ST-A/PI. Check also the report RTCCTOOL. It will inform you about possible updates.
kind regards

FYI Denis, visual admin (VA) is before Netweaver 7.1. When 7.1 was released is when VA was removed, not 7.3.
