I am trying to integrate Solution Manager with ARIS but something is not right.
This is my situation, my ARIS DB is restored from my project implementer, When they setup the ARIS for use, Solution manager was not used in their environment. Now that it is transferred to my environment, i am trying to integrate it with my Solman, with the intention of using it later for HP-QC as well.
But every time i transfer project, the structure from Solman goes into ARIS as a separate folder structure. So i am guessing, the sequence is wrong, i must first create the project in Solman, then transfer it to ARIS, then start modeling there, and stuff will get synchronized back.
So if it really is a sequence issue, how do i get my Solman to get the ARIS, stuff? Can i manually move all the stuff from the existing ARIS structure into the transferred Solman structure?
And also Solman business blueprint requires 3 level hierarchy, i wonder if the ARIS folder structure is related to this? My folder depth is up to 6.
