Hi Experts,
After the upgrade in our SAP Sourcing Portal 9.0, Help > Documentation link is not showing appropriate content. It is just popup a new
empty browser window.
I have seen System Properties through "System" user and got some clue to render the link:
/content/saphelp_es70/helpdata/{lang}/{id}/frameset.htm
/content/saphelp_es70/helpdata_p/{lang}/{id}/frameset.htm
/content/saphelp_es70/helpdata_s/{lang}/{id}/frameset.htm
But these links are pointed 'es70'; please let me know whether the above links needs to be modified and point below links?

you could use the "system.help.url.buyside" and "system.help.url.sellside" system properties to override the URL as a workaround but I think you should raise a message in order to understand why the link stopped working after the upgrade.

Hi,
if you compare the two URLs the essential difference is the
"saphelp_es70" and "saphelp_es90". As such simply switch the 7 to a 9 in the upgraded system and it`ll work.
you need to change the actual system properties for this:
system.help.url.buyside
system.help.url.sellside
Those are being set as the "system" user. Do the change from "7" to "9"
there to make this permanent and working as intended.

The system properties are:
system.help.url.buyside
system.help.url.sellside
These can be visible and set using system user only and not enterprise user.
When you upgrade your system from 7 to 9, the URL in the system properties remain same, Which has to be manually changed after successful upgrade.
