Contract Copy Controls

HI All,

I have a requirement wherein the process is, A contract is created and then a sales order is created with reference to contract and the sales order completely exhausts the contract.

Now just for the sake of creating a similar contract i have tried creating contract with reference to the old contract but the system throws a message contract is completely refered.

How to enable copying between between contract to contract even after the contract gets completely refered.

Hi

you can observe (MV-Rental contract- to MV-Rental contract) in VTAA

in the same way try to maintain copy control for your existing contract document type.

now create a new contract with reference to the old contract in VA41 and update the same.

If you want to enable the current Contract type to be copied over multiple times, you could set the "Pos/ Neg Quantity" field as "0" in T-code VTAA -> Item details.

Hi,

You have to create a master contract of type GK to refer to lower levels contracts

check the referencing procedures for master contract in VORS transaction code

put appropriate value and try
