SAP BI knowledge is mandetory

Dear Experts,

I want to get training for SAP BPC (Business Process and Consolidation) module.

Should I know SAP BI knowledge for BPC?

I don't have any idea about SAP BI. Having Knowledge and Experience in SAP FICO.

Please share your valuable suggestion.

Hi Ananda,

SAP BPC is called SAP Business Planning and Consolidation (not Business Process and Consolidation).

Latest version in the market is 10.0

For BPC you need various types of skills. Though BI is not mandatory, but highly recommended, as the backend for BPC is BI. I can give you an idea what skills you should possess:

SAP FICO - 15% - Not just FICO, good to have sound knowledge in consolidation concepts.

SAP BI - 15%

MS Excel - 10%

SQL / VB - 10%

BPC - 50%
