WebDynpro - Customer Fields - Authorization

Hi guys,

  We have been implementing a solution with customer fields in ABAP WebDynpro within the module SAP SRM and now we have a problem with authorization. When I remove the SAP_ALL the customer fields don't appear on the screen. Does anyone know the correct authorization for that?

Hi Alaxndre,

Sap_all role is the authorization under the user level only.

sap srm also provided some roles related to ui/enhacement level.( i.e; follow above alex reply).

And also in srm provided standard visibility of objects dependent on the meta data.

For maintaining these metadata sap provided some customizing views to maintain visibility values.

eg; sapsrm/vh_mf1, sapsrm/vh_ma1,.....mh1......etc.( views: sm30/sm34).
