SAP Application Help!!!

Dear Experts,

If i click on SAP application help button nothing is happening.

Please let me know the way to sort out this issue.

Hello Pradeep,

Are you trying to connect to the SAP Help Portal using HTTP protocol ?

It lookslike note 874583 may help in your case:

"SAP does not offer support for and actively discourages you from

directly connecting the information that is available there to the

system.

...

As a result we offer support for, and recommend the Documentation CDs

and DVDs that are delivered with the respective products for help

connection."

2) What SAP version and patch?

3) What OS?(don't just say Windows).

4) Has this ever worked before?

Hi Jude,

1.Sap help library as well as or SAP Glossary.

2.ECC6.0 EHP 5

3.Windows NT

4.No It was not worked before.

Actually, We have to configure application help through SR13.

I got it but i could not find the share folder in application server where application help is installed.

If i want to install the application now where should i create new shared folder?

for exapmle usr\sap\<SID>\saphelp would be fine?
