Form of address key is not defined

Dear all,

Please kindly help me with such issue:

After Sales Order saving EDI output type needs to be outputed, but output type processing fails with such error

Execute OBD2, select the Account Group and execute.  Again double click on "General data" and further on "Address".  Now place the mouse under the tab "Opt.entry"  against "Form of address".

In debug mode I found that such error occurred in the User-Exit  because for customer XD02->Contact Persons tab no records were populated. After we put record in this tab other error occur
