Loadrunner 11.52 CPU / memory hog on generator

Just installed Loadrunner 11.52 controller on Windows server 2008 R2 SP1 & Loadrunner 11.52 load generator (with multiple IP's) on Windows server 2008 R2 SP1.  Running even very small number of Web-based virtual users in a slowly-ramped up test (< 25) causes "mmdrv.exe" processes to constantly utilize 100% CPU on generator server.  Hardware meets or exceeds advertised requirements for Loadrunner controller & Loadrunner generator.  Both have correct, required service packs for version 11.52 installed.  Both controller & generator servers have all prerequisite software installed.  Symptoms, besides error "CPU over 80% on generator" displayed during performance test, include latency in moving from states "pending" to "init" to "ready" to "run" for virtual users during test.  Tests run five (5) to ten (10) times slower than they did with Loadrunner 11.0, which executed on servers running in Windows 2003. I need IMMEDIATE solution, and/or suggestions as to what to investigate for a fix.

Hi David,

Have you tried the suggestion by Adrian , if you are still facing the same issue , try changing the scenario run mode , if none of these work , try re-installing.

Hope this helps.

Thanks

Dilip
