QM as an add on module / component

Hello Experts,

I have a need to implement QM in an existing SAP ERP solution which employs MM, PP, and SD. Instance is mature and very stable.

I've read herein and realize SAP QIE, Quality Inspection Engine, is one option, but this approach requires SAP EWM Extended Warehouse Management.

Can you please forward me link(s) to the standard approach to implementing QM as an add on post go-live.

Any help will be greatly appreciated.
