Hi,

Pls. check if MM stock or QM stock inconsistencies are there or not.

If yes, clear it if possible & try.

You can only archive data for an inspection lot, if the following preceding objects have already been archived:

Production orders (PP; PP-PI) :  Inspections for production orders

Process orders (PP-PI) : If the status Relevant for process documentation is set in the PI-order and in the inspection lot.

Delivery notes (SD) : Inspections for delivery notes

Quality notifications (QM) : A quality notification that was created during defects recording can only be archived, if the inspection lot to which it refers has already been archived.

Please go through http://help.sap.com/saphelp_erp60_sp/helpdata/en/d4/f6d538748711d2bdfb0000e829fdb3/content.htm  for checking the tables that will be archived with QM_CONTROL

Thanks,

Ankur

Explain what you have done and where exactly you stuck.

The question like it is is just basic and does not show that you have taken some effort to help yourself based on the documentation: SAP Library - Quality Management (QM)

How to use SARA is explained in Introduction to Data Archiving (CA-ARC)

which can be found in the menu on the left

Please check the spool file and the job logs for detail. SAP is not speechless, it tells the root cause for not archiving something in written form.

Is your archiving is successful...?

Wat about spool and job logs..?

Have you performed post processing option in SARA... (Untill unless the post processing has been completed, you wont able to delete the lots from database).
