SAP GTS & Feeder System Architecture

Hello All,

I am a new learner to GTS system and trying to harmonize the Feeder and GTS system. Could you please help me to get the patch levels for Feeder and GTS? In my previous system, I used to get the below error and not able to test the Customs Management. It was showing different release error. Request you to help me to harmonize the system.

Hi Rahul,

In your case, the simplest way will be to upgrade to the latest version of GTS (10.1).

Otherwise, you can find the required levels on the Service Marketplace - you can look just as well as we can

Hello Dave,

My GTS system has been upgraded to 10.1 with the below details

SLL-LEG - 901 SLL-LEG 901: Add-On Installation

SAP_BASIS - 731 SAP Basis Component

SAP_APPL - 606

While in the Feeder system EHP6

the components are

SAP_APPL - 606

No SLL-PI is installed in the Feeder system by referring the OSS Note # 858706

As per the OSS Note # 858706, the plugins are contained in the SAP_APPL component

Is the configuration is sufficient for GTS and Feeder system harmonization.

Hi Rhaul,

Good to hear that you are making progress.

You will definitely need to install the GTS Plug-In, as Note 858706 informs (although perhaps not very clearly).  After that, you should be able to start getting master data and transactions transferring ok.
