Release Notes for IdM 7.2 SP8 already available?

We've seen SP8 for IdM 7.2 has been released a couple of days ago but we can't find the official release notes yet on the SAP Help Portal http://help.sap.com/nwidm72

The SAP Note for IdM 7.2 SP8 (1802423) does only contain the known issues and a huge list of related notes that have also been released as patches for SP7.

What I am interested in is if SP8 contains fixes for internationalization issues such as displaying technical names like "#MX_<MSKEYVALUE>_DN" instead of the real language dependent value on the ToDo tab as well as in attributes like MX_OWNER on the IdM UI for NW 7.1.

Hi,

Due to problems with the publishing process, parts of the documentation for 7.2 SP8 are still not available. We are working on getting this solved as soon as possible.

I know they are working on a patch for the Designtime Components that will be delivered as soon as possible. I don't have any more details about the timeline.
