SUIM - list not shown

Hello,

on a system Solution Manager 7.0 EHP1 I go to transaction SUIM - User - Users by Complex Selection Criteria - Users by Complex Selection Criteria.

I click on execute button and transaction shows an excel file with no data in it. In other systems I get the table with users.

If I export the list via menu list - Export - File in a text file I can see the user list.

How can I change the behaviour of the transaction so that a normal table is shown in SUIM and not an Excel?

Hi Julia,

It seems that the layout setting has been changed.

Once you run Users by Complex Selection Criteria, from the top menu go to Settings --> Layout --> Change... then go to view tab and select 'SAP List Viewer' as your Preferred view.
