How to Remove colon in select-option?

How to remove colon after Select-option field description, as shown in image.

And how to get Field Description in Bold Case? Please any help on this?

Hi,

One way is to switch to Administrator mode (&sap-config-mode=X) right-click on the UI control and set Design of the Label to Highlighted.
