Trex issue : Search not possible in Quality ?

Hi experts,

I have issue regarding Search in Sap EREC .

I have Configured TREX .

Now Search functionality is possible in Devlopment Client but it is not working in Search .

And even i know why it is happening but not able to sort it out ?

difference lies in SES_ADMIN  .

Devlopment

And in Quality :

I have connected one trex server with both Devlopment and Quality .

It is not showing search results as AES_DOC,relation of candidate, relation of candiddacy, INTERNAL POSTING are still initial .

I tried both Delta and full Indexing, but these above remaines same.

Pls, tell me what could be possible reason for it ?

From QAS have you configure the Trex system ?

Could you paste the screen shot TREX admin tool connection details screen ?

Thanx for replying .

Actully My RFC Working fine , I have checked the connection test , which is successfull .

Ya m getting CX_SY_STRUCT_COMP_NAME error at trex admin INDEX Search .

I checked this note, it is talking about some Support packages .

Now its not possible to make change in any support package  .

My question is that both Devlopment and Quality are same , all support packages, components are same, so why it is triggering .

Yes in Trex Server, I have created 2 RFC , both having same name TREX_ED1 but referring to different client.

Even there is no ERROR at TREX SERVER, I have crosschecked with BASIS .

Please suggest .

Hi Pankaj

In the SAP Note you have to either implement the support package or apply the Note corrections Instructions. just implement the corrections instruction note by using the Snote.

Hi Sriram,

My basis denied to implement that note, its crucial time , so they don't want to take any risk now .

But Positive thing is that now i am able to search .

In Trex srver, Default gateway address was assigned to Devlopment Client .

When we changed that, we are now able to search .

But strange thing is when i click on Quick Search in Recruiters tab, It searched 20 results but it should be only 2 .

Is it happening bcoz of Same TREX SERVER we r using for Devlopment and Quality both ?
