Display and Process Confirmations Centrally Status Dropdown List

We're using SRM 4.0 in an extended classic version and the problem we seem to be having is that when a user goes into the Display and Process Confirmations Centrally are within SRM and goes to the status field and clicks on the drop down list, all the status's except for "Error in Process" is available for the user to select. If the user just leaves the status field blank and also doesn't input a PO # or Confirmation number and searches the confirmations with status of "Error in Process" appears but "Error in Process" is not an available status in the list to search on.

Can anyone help in getting that status to appear in the drop-down list when searching for confirmations?

What about the BADI - BBP_WFL_LIST Implementation ? Is it there in your system, using SE19 transaction ?

I checked in our system and doesn't appear to be in the system.

<u>In SE18 you will have this BADI - BBP_WFL_LIST. That is BADI Definition part, which is by default provided by SAP in all the systems.

When you create a custom implementation of this BADI (Implementation name in this case starts with either Y* or Z* - Customer namespace) using SE19 Transaction.

Check what all BADIs (whose name starts with either Y* or Z*) in this case are available in SE19 Transaction ?

List all of them here with their Definition and implementation name in your reply.</u>

We do have the ability to search on for confirmations based on a given time frame and verifying with Security to see if this is an authorization issue but no one that I know of has "Error in Process" as an option in the drop down list for searching for a confirmation. The only available options in the drop down list are as follows:

"Held"

"Awaiting Approval"

"Release Rejected"

"Approved"

"Deleted"

"Canceled"

Even though some confirmation has "Error in Process" as a status that search value is not in the list.

<u>Better to raise a customer message with SAP side-by-side. They might suggest some OSS notes in this case.</u>

<b>Are you sure there is no option for finding all the confirmations (BBPCF02, BBPCF03 Services) based on the status search ? Please ensure the user is having suitable roles to view all the confirmations and does not have authorization problems

Is there any option to find on the basis of time period (Say last week, last 30 days, year on so on)... if yes, try that options as well.

Also ensure that the BADI - BBP_WFL_LIST for the Object type - BUS2203 is not implemented / or correctly implemented in the system using SE18 Transaction.

Also, check whether the Shopping cart is in what status (using Monitor Shopping Cart - BBP_MON_SC service). ?

Use the Transaction BBP_PD to check the status of the Shopping cart / confirmations, using Object type - BUS2121 / BUS2203.</b>

<u>Otherwise, you need to raise a message with SAP in this case.</u>
