Hi Experts.
In Service Desk in Solman 7.0, we use "External Ref. No." to display the transaction id of the service requests from external Service Desk. I cannot see this field now in Incident Management 7.1. Is there another field we can use for this purpose?

Yes you are correct it is not there in new version
we have related incident block where you can assign other incidents
But incase you require you are free to create a new field in CRM UI for your purpose
