What technology behind SCN?

Just curious to know the technology behind SCN. Is there a packaged solution for whole SCN or discussion, wiki, poll, personal profile and rewarding points have its own solution?  Any one can give me an idea? Thanks in advance.

The current SCN Platform runs on Jive (http://www.jivesoftware.com/). The Gamification was done in partnership with Bunchball and together launched the Jive Gamification Module (http://investors.jivesoftware.com/releasedetail.cfm?ReleaseID=659968).
