IR increases/decreases Actual column value in S_ALR_87013558 report

Dear Experts,

suppose for WBS XXX i created Po of value 1000 and posted GRN of 1000 value. now for same WBS XXX actual cost is 1000 in S_ALR_87013558 report.

Now for same PO i posted IR (MIRO) for 9000 only. in that case when i will run S_ALR_87013558 report it shows actual value as 9000 for WBS XXX. if i will post IR for 1100 then it will show actual as 1100 for XXX WBS.

Is this standard behaviour of SAP or due to some specific configuration in client system it is showing like this.

I appreciate your quick response.

Regards

Hello Sonal,

This is standard, You have a PO for 2 UN/1000 € and you do the GR for the 2 UN the actual cost is taking for the GR and the committed is set to zero.

If now you do the invoice for 2 UN /900 € you are invoicing all document then the real costs is 900 €.

if you invoice for 2 UN /1000 € your real costs are 1100 €

Other thing is you invoice 1UN/ 450 € then in this case I suppose the actual cost will be 450 (1 UN invoiced) + 500 ( 1 UN GR) = 950 €

Which other option do you want to get?

Regards

This is definitely standard behavior.  The posted invoice for a PO is the true actual cost.
