SCA files and SP8

Has anyone tried a lab install of SP8 yet?

I've got Identity Center and the database installed, but I'm having some issues getting the SCA imported.

If I use SUM, I get a error message after jumping through several hoops about a certificate missing.

If I use JSPM I get:

The log file reads:

SAP by default disables JSPM on Windows with NW 7.3; the fix is to update the default profile with following info:

service/protectedwebmethods = DEFAULT

Now restarting the SAP system will do a whole lot of nothing!

Pull up the Services MMC and restart the SAP Windows Services along with the SAP Stack restart.

JSPM should load without issues now.

Ok, now one more small question....

How do I update the profile?

Thanks,

Matt

Open notepad (just to make things easy)

Navigate to:    <Drive>:\usr\sap\<SID>\SYS\profile

Drag the DEFAULT.PFL into notepad.

I tend to make my changes at the bottom of files with some type of special character to keep things separated for my manual change(s).

That did it!  Had to reboot, but it's coming up now!

Many thanks!
