Problem in KIT explosion in sales order

Hi,

We have a scenario in our project.

We have a configurable KIT KITDM50GB which has the following structure

KITDM50GB

            Comp1

Comp2

Comp3

Town die

Here Comp1,2 & 3 are fixed components. Only Town die is configurable which depends on postal code of ship-to party

Once we enter the material KITDM50GB in sales order, it will go to KIT configuration screen.User has to select toen die accrding to his postal code. Once user selects this information in KIT configuration screen KIT should explode in sales order giving all 4 components in sales order.

Now the problem we are facing is when we select this town die information in KIT configuration screen, KIT is exploding in sales order but component 4/towndie is missing in order..

Need urgent answers for this.Helpful answers will be rewarded.

Hi,

Creating a dependency and attach it to the Town Die Material which has the logic of getting triggered based on the Postal Code.
