DMS configration for migo

Can any one tell the steps to configure document link for MIGO T-Code.

The config required from DMS side is maintain key field and maintain object link.

MSEG MIGO MBLNR MBN

4. Maintain Object link

MSEG Material Document Screen Number (enter the screen number which you have configured)

Use the above created object link in your document type.##### Solution available in the above mentioned thread.

And also badi needs to be implemented.

" enter the screen number which you have configured " where we need to configure the same and how ?

Hi Diwakar,

When you maintain functional module OBJECT_CHECK_MSEG there you have to copy screen from standard to new one. And that screen number will be used in maintaining object link.

For maintaining functional module take the help from ABAPer.

Hi Diwakar,

Before you attach a documents in MIGO you have to do the below customization

In OAC0 check if a content repository is available.

In OAC2 enter the document type you want to attach

In OAC3 enter object type BUS2017 with your document type, content repository etc.

Please go thru the document below this will give you step by step procedure to attach document while doing GR.

I am assuming by doing the same we can add document in migo T-Code but is it going to save in the DMS(Content server)?

Hi Diwakar,

In the scenario explained above , document will be stored in SAP database.

In case you want to change it to DMS content server, it can be done through relevant configuration of Storage repositories.
