Hi all,

I have 2 materials.

One is batch managed and the other is Verp - not managed in Batch.

Now the customer asked to send both the materials and he will pack them.

Now while I have created sales order for both, but at the time to delivery, only SAP is picking normal material but not Verp.

What could be the reason ?

Item category for the both materials are same

Any clues ?

Hi Venkat,

Please check the log in the delivery and let me know on what you are getting as error for the other line item.

Please check the Schedule line category that is bieng picked in for this item in the sales order

make necessary changes in the schedule  line category

The requirement type for both items in the sales order will 011

What do you mean by requirement type in sales order.

where can I see that. Of course I checked in OVZ9, VOV6 but in the sales order ?

If you maintain Packing Materials for  Batch in POP1 and POF1 then you will get automatically.

Hi Naren,

Please correct me If I am interpreting wrongly, but client doesnot want to maintain the VERP in batch.

I am not sure why we use POP1 and POF1.

Check Material Item category group and also VOV4 settings .

when you make a delivery system picking only normal ,

you check delivery level  menu bar- EDIT-ERROR LOG , first check this  ,based on that you modify the settings
