Increase Long text field length in SHR1

Hi,

I wrote a long Text in SHN1 (around 200 characters in the whole day) for a particular shift but the Report SHR1 (pdf) does not show the whole data (Data gets truncated). Is there a way to increase the field length in report and also whats the maximum field length that can be acheived.

I understand now, these are in the LBK1 process, which we do not use.

However, if this is a long text report issue, this can be very easily handled with a smartform, by using the Text ID, Text Object values available in the GOTO --> HEADER in the menu of the long-text page. (This is a simple job for a technical person)

Standard report will get the 40 characters from long text & that will be displayed in the report.

It may require to increase the corresponding field length to the required limit or develop custom report which can show the long text without truncation.
