Updating SNP planned orders within SNP production horizon

I am using APO V5.1.

In SNP interactive planning I see that it is not possible to update the SNP planned orders key figure WITHIN the production horizon.

Is there a way to allow such updating?

Hi Bob,

There is no way, by design, to update SNP planned orders inside the production horizon.

You have two choices:

1. Change the production horizon on the product master, make your change and change the production horizon back.  This is only good for a couple of orders.

2. Consider the use of the extended SNP production horizon.  You can change orders manually inside the extended production horizon and the orders will not be affected by a planning run (of course if the fix production orders box is checked).
