hi ...while analysing  rsa01 screen i find single and multiple resource tab i understand single mean single activity resource and multi means multiple activity resource.can you tell the logic behind single "mixed" resource  and mutl "resource"

Dear,

• Single-activity resources (for PP/DS)
  • Continuous time
  • Available capacity for one activity
• Multi-activity resources (for PP/DS)
  • Continuous time
  • Available capacity for multiple activities
• Bucket Resources (for SNP)
  • Time intervals (discrete)
  • Available capacity per time interval
• Mixed resources (for SNP & PP/DS)
  • Single Mixed = Single-activity + Bucket
  • Multi-mixed = Multi-activity + bucket

Multi mixed resource  can be used for SNP & PPDS

Multi-mixed resource you need to make two settings to the R/3 capacity that is defined within your work-centre.  Active the  "Can be used by several operations" radio box and put more than 1 in the "number of individual capacities" in resource capacity tab in ECC CRC1.
