Remove LTIN STIC SPCO STUP, Stock in QI

Dear Gurus,

1.I have created process order and confirm, then inspection lot 04 type generated,

2. I have done result recording in QA32 and also clear Usage decision.

3. Now it shows green light but my stock not updated from QI to un.restricted.

4. thus again i go to QA32 and in Usage Decision by mistake i select Completion lot.

5. so here system status changed LTIN STIC SPCO STUP from UD   ICCO SPCO STUP.

Now i want to change this status to UD ICCO SPCO STUP.

I already assign two more characteristics in Result Recording because after that when i go for UD Tab,

it shows me error RECORD RESULT FIRST.

So again i go to RR their i get popup Do you want to carry out a long - term insp ???

so I select yes and assign two characteristics and also completed with 5.

but still when i go to UD tab or try to open in QA02

system show me error RECORD RESULT FIRST.........

Pls suggest what should i do ????

Check whether any user status is present for insp lot.

If yes, change status and try.

Hello Mr. Andy,

You have taken UD but might have forgot to post stock to unrestricted use. Go to tab in QA12 and post the stock in unrestricted use or if your decision is Rejection then post the stock accordingly. After saving you might get the desired status for your inspection lot.

Hi Andy,

Assuming it has something to do with Inspection type settings in Material master. Play around with settings like check chars in Material master.

Once the results are recorded normally status of inspection lot should change to RREC(results confirmed), in your case i dont see that status, so system assuming results were not recorded and stopping you at UD.

Let us know if you find anything.

Try going into QA12 and marking the inspection complete from there.

Have you done any enhancement or used exit during UD ?

Ideally it should be only for information & you should able to do UD from QA11.

Try to focefully complete the results from UD screen & take UD
