Have few doubts in ISH-Patient Accounting.

How to link up services with fee based billing ?

what are the criteria considered for physicians fee based billing ?

What is the inter-relationship among Different "Master Data for Fee Based Billing" such as service Master Data, Fee Breakdown codes/pools ?
