360 : Objective Setting and Appraisals

Hello Experts!

I had configured 360 in the Appraisals Systems, and for the calculation of the final, there is a processing subappraisals, where I can call the standard function RHPAP_APP_Process_Part_Average, and the system calculate the final result.

But in the new Objective Settings and Appraisals in the Template the 360, I do not have that function available.

My questions is HOW is calculate the final results, like an average or depending of the weight of the part appraisers in 360, in the Objective Settings and Appraisals.

Please Help me!!!.

Hello,

Everything thatwas possible in the old appraisal is possible with the new OSA as well.

You would need to put an average value determination in your final appraisal that calculates the average score.

We don't deliver a standard implementation but you can create your own using BAdI definition HRHAP00_VAL_DET.
