Formatting Date objects (as MM/dd/yyyy) in bulk in UNX

I've to Edit Display Format for around 80 Date objects in UNX. Doing them one by one will be a pain.

1. I'll have to go to Edit Display Format

2. Play smart by selecting M/d/yyyy, then click custom and select MM & dd from drop down menus.

Please let me know of a better way if you know one.

I thought using Custom Format would be something similar to Webi, where, if you create a Custom Format, you can use it for many columns or tabs as long as you are in the same report.

Thanks,

Hi,

I know is not going to console you much, but this would not take long in IDT 4.1, acording to the what's new document:

"You can share custom display formats for business layer objects between all business layers edited

within the information design tool. You can create, edit, or delete the display format for multiple

business objects at once"

Best regards,

Victor
