SAP PPM- Portfolio in English, only

HI,

I'm looking for a solution to set the userinterface in SAP PPM 5.0- Portfoliomanagement to English, independant from the login- language.

For example: If a user logs in with German language in SAP, the Portfolio and Projectmanagement should always open in English language.

On Projectmanagment side it is possible to set the original language to English, but I haven't found a button/ possibility on Portfolio side.

Have some of you an idea?

How the user log in PPM?  You have several otions depends on how to log in..

HI,

I use the NWBC to login to the SAP PPM System.

By opening NWBC I have to select the Login language.

I'm looking for a solution to switch the SAP PPM to English independant from Login language.

Or is it possible to set the original language on Portfolio side to English, only. On cproject side it is possible to set the original language.

Hi,

You can configure it in the nwbc service.

Transaction SICF ---> default host ---> SAP --> bc --> nwbc

You open it an go to Error Pages --> system logon configuration.

You need to change 2 settings:

Language ( select display) --> unflag it

Language ( default) --> EN

With these settings the user wont see the language field in the initial screen
