Type parameters for AS Java and As ABAP

Hi,

can someone explain the parameters in technical system as per the TYPE.

For ABAP

Sys name

SYS Home

Installation Number

SAP Licence Number

TMS Domaiin

TMS transport group name

For Java

Sys name

URL

Version

Host

Installation number

System number

Hi,

there are self explanatory more or less

like sys name - SID

sys home - host

the rest is exactly as what is says (Installation Number, SAP Licence Number, TMS Domain, TMS transport group name)

but I wondering what are you trying to do ? you're not creating an ABAP technical system from scratch rigth ?

we got tools to do that from (TCODE rz70)...

HI,

yes Michal is correct those details get from execute T.code RZ70.

Just execute T.code RZ70 in u r SAP r/3 and select your sap Pi system server name.It will generate all R/3 server details in PI system.

2)Go to SLD and select Technical system as Web As ABAP.Select New technical sysstem->Web As Abap->SID,Instalation Number,hostname(These details find in Ur R/3 system.In R/3 select SYSTEM option and click on STATUS) it will display all the required information.
