Rejected SC item gets approved when requester accept the changes

Hello Gurus,

We are on SRM 7.01, facing an issue where in when the approver rejects the SC partially. The work item goes back to requester to accept the changes, however when requester accepts the changes the rejected item gets approved instead of getting rejected. And all the items goes to the next approver for approval.

Could you please guide how I can resolve this issue or at least where can I look for this issue.

Hi Shamik,

If requester accepts the rejection then item from the SC will be deleted, and you need to handle this in every approval process level by checking the item with deletion indicator( ie delete all the items with del_ind = 'X' ) in Responsible resolver BAdI's area to item map method.
