Incident Mng: pdf view national symbols are incorrect

Hi solmanteamer,

SM 7.1. SPS07

Symptoms:

1. National symbols in pdf-view incident are converted to ASCII after create incident.

2. ALL symbols (exclude few field) in pdf-view  are converted to ### after edit this incident (change proccessor in crm_ui).

3. no-pdf view like all ok

What could I custimize for correct pdf-view?

hi

please check your device type, whether its support unicode or not.

device type PDF1 wont support unicode, change to PDFUC and try.

You can check in tcode spad,

Can you share a screenshot Vlad ?

Don't know if there is any option to setup pdf view, i found a similar problem on other system d(ERP) where ADS(Adobe Document Services) are not installed correctly.

ADS isn't use for sobj - ZSAPWIN5-type printer link to user and ok.
