why IE is blank when running WDA

Hello Gurus,

  Whenever I am trying to execute a WDA my IE is blank. When I copy the same URL and paste it in chrome it say took too long to respond. Now what must be with issue. The same thing is happening with standard WDA also.Is there any configuration problem.

Hi Gaurav,

Copy Application Link & give a try in someother browser.

If still it is blank then it is our application problem else browser problem.

Server error

The server for http://p1eccd.clientname.com:8000/sap/public/myssocntl?sap-client=110 took too long to respond. It may be overloaded.

are you accessing that service from internet?

Can you try from intranet and pointing to fqn name of the server?

This should at least address the issue between network and sapsystem

Ask your basis to run transaction SGEN for all Web Dynpros. Your WDA runtime hasn't been compiled, I'm assuming it's the first time you are using WDA? You could also increase the timeout in transaction SMICM for the HTTP service so that the system has sufficient time to compile the WDA runtime.

     Yes I am using WDA for the first time.But I don't understand why it hasn't been configured.

      Could you please tell me which software component should I choose to generate the object for.There are too many components installed.

In SGEN? Be sure to select only Web Dynpros, then you can select all components. There are only couple thousand Web Dynpros in the standard delivery.

  Yes I do followed this thread but they are talking about Iview and mine is simple WDA application.Just say like hello world . but still I am not able to see on IE.
