If one of the characteristic in the insection lot is valuated with rejected then during Usage Decision system should not allow for accept UD and it should allow for only reject UD and stock only can be moved to blocked stock. How this can be set up in the system in standard.
Be careful making this an across the board thing. There may come a time when certain minor failures, or "information only" tests that fail, would still allow for a posting to UR.
