Dear sd experts
Generally if we want to give some discount only from one condition table we will maintain EXCLUSIVE CHECK BOX in v/07
and maintained condition records
But if i created some z condition table ,i am giving some discount how system shall pick from only particular condition table ?
Hi Friend,
Not clearly understood the scenario for the same, but you can try to go for a Routine in VOFM for the same and confirm.

Hi Venu,
Exclusive indicator present at access sequence level will help in stopping further search once a correct valid condition record is found.
Very important thing to remember is while assigning different condition tables to the access sequence we must choose the acesses in the fasion of specific to generic (i.e. most specific access at the top and most generic access at the bottom like cone shape. You can check any standard access sequence to understand this.). Further if you mark exclusion indicator for all the accesses of an access sequence if system finds a valid condition record then it will stop searching further for available condition records although they are maintained in the system. If you don't check the exclusion indicator at the access sequence level system will take the last valid condition record available for different accesses.
To answer your question maintain condition record only for the required access of the available accesses in an access sequence. Secondly you have requirement at access sequence level using which you can stop checking the access although a valid record is available. But for this pricing routine has to be developed in VOFM transaction.
Hope this explains.

In your question I am not able to differentiate the scenario. If there is only one condition table in access sequence then why we need to tick the exculive check in V/07? System will automatically pick the most recent record. If you have more customzed tables or standard tables in access sequence then you will tick the exclusive check and system will stop searching for next tables if it finds a valid condition record in first table.

Your query is not clear... what do you mean by Zcondtion table???
if you are createing new condtion table in sap with standard field then it is standrd sap..... Do you mean this.
Do your question is to pick particular condtion table based on certain logic in same access sequence??? If this is a question than it is possible. You can create routine and assign it at access level.
Hope this will solve your query.

Hi Venu,
The access sequence which you defined for the condition tables, used for accessing the condition records of the condition tables.
As Pitabash mentioned above, Zcondition table for Pricing are allowed to create in the number range 600-999. And here you have to give the access sequence no. Then you have to assign this access sequence to a condition type, which lets you define how to give the discount.

venu,
In V/07, in an access sequence, the condition table you want the system to "process" first should be given right on top, in other words the "access number" should be minimum.
In addition to the above, have the field "exclusive" activated. System shall not go to the next tables, if a valid condition record has been found belonging to the first condition table.
Now the table put right on top could be a standard condition table given by SAP or a customized condition table created by you.

Hi,
your question is not clear.
how come you will create Zcondition table for Pricing. where as SAP confirms you can create Condition tables from 600 to 999 .
Whereas you can create Ztables for data storage not for pricing. but you can add Zfields in pricing condition tables, for your pricing condition.
For adding any new field to field catalog , first you need to add that field to field catalog by clicking "Conditions: Allowed fields" and then add your field.
Then create the condition table with help of that condition field.
Please clarify your question and put any screen shot it needed.
