How to separate the Park, Hold and Save as Complete in MIR7 into different roles

Hello

In MIR7 tcode, there are three different activities such as  Park, Hold and Save as complete  to be done by three different people.  I need to create the different authorization for these activities so that no one can be able to do other's role. I tried the authorization objects in PFCG but didn't help. I would appropriate if anyone provide me solution

I am not getting it properly. It throws error if full authorization is not given for MIR7.
