Hi,

if you are logged in as an Adminstrator, you should be able to see the screenshot above. If not, please post a screenshot from your system.

Hi Sri Sri,

Are you referring to Confirmation POWL query ?

If Yes, than check the POWL Application ID for the Central Confirmation role. After that check the feeder type against the Application id in Transaction POWL_TYPER.

With this Feeder type, go to Transaction /n/sapsrm/powl_cust. Select the Feeder Type and go to Actions. Here you can find the Reverse Button. Check if that is enabled and available in Toolbar.
