Hi

Generally the issue relates to incorrect roles assigned to the user, i.e. the PPS roles assigned rather than SAPSRM roles, check the roles assigned to the user in SRM and portal and make sure there are no /SAPPSRM/* roles assigned only /SAPSRM/*
