How to hide standard Sourcing reports?

Hi Experts,

We would like to hide some of the standard Sourcing reports from "Reports" tab, which are not useful in our business and users do not want to see those reports in their screen. Can some one guide us in this regard and advice how to hide standard Sourcing reports?

With regards,

Prabhakar

Hi Prabhakar,

You can navigate to Setup > Document Setup > General > Document Report Configuration, and go the document whose report you want to hide, and then just check the 'Hidden' check box.

Let me know if this helps.

HI Prabhakar ,

Follow the solution suggested by Paranakush , you shall be able to do it. I thought you wanted to hide whole Reports tab itself by just seeing your subject

Thanks

Hi Prabhakar,

For hiding the report entries in the reports module, you need to navigate to

- System Set up --> Queries and Reports --> Select Analysis Reports Set up

- Select ESourcing Analysis

- Click on Edit

- Drill down into the desired report that need to be hidden

- Click on the check box - Hidden

- Save

See a sample screen below.

Hi Prabhakar,

You can do it by two ways , either by not allowing view rights in security profile or by tool bar customization ... Go by first way .. Open security profiles and go to Queries and Reports section and dont allow viewing reports.

Hope it helps
