Can we delete all line items in one go from Agreement?

Dear Experts,

Based on our business requirements we create Master Agreements / Agreements with 1500+ line items by using import functionality. However if we want to delete all line items in one go,It's not allowed. We have to delete items page by page. It is taking very long time to delete 80+ pages from Agreement overview screen.

Alternatively, can we delete all line items in one go from Agreement? Is there any option? Please advice.

Hi Prabhakar,

On the line item tab, there is an option to export and re-import the all the line items. When all the line items are exported - an excel file is rendered with various columns and corresponding line item values. The second column in the excel file is "Delete". You need to set the value to True for all the line items that you choose to delete. Re-importing the file after populating the delete column should remove all the line items.

- Select the option to export all the line items

- Set "Delete" flag to True for intended line items to be deleted

- save the exported file

- re-import the file to the line items
