unable to login in to SCN from my mobile browser

Hi SCN,

While im trying to login to Scn from my mobile browser, below error is coming ..

SSO Error

An error occured while attempting

authentication through single sign on

Please help...sometimes its works fine but not always...

Hi Statish - What type of device and operating system are you using? Perhaps you can try a manual login with your username and password.

Also note the mobile apps available:

Hi Jason,

I'm using Android 2.3 OS. I'm using OperaMini browser with social signin with facebook, twitter and normal user login. And I'm also using with jive in my mobile in-built browser.

Some times I'm getting the above error if I use OperaMini browser. I have to delete the cookies n then I have to login again.

And there is no issues with JIVE except it is a Beta version.

It might be best to use the default mobile browser when trying to access SCN.  Try also the Android app for Jive.

Just try again. If you still facing the issue just go back in your web browser and see.This is what am experiencing in my Android device and it works fine for me.
