Hello;

I have too slowly in my dialog instance.

Previously the same users from the Central Instance worked faster.

Additional information is also needed if you want help:

OS?

SAP Application?

Database?

Do you have historical performance data before having issues, so you have a base line?

Billy,

Regarding to your questions,

OS: Windows Server 2008 R2 Datacenter

SAP: ERP 6 EHP 4

DB: MaxDB 7.8.02

And yes, it is a Baseline.

Thanks in advance.

Have you had a chance to review tx ST02?

I do believe you want your buffers above 95%; it is possible to reset certain buffers.  Have a look at the following:  http://wiki.sdn.sap.com/wiki/display/Basis/How+to+Reset+different+SAP+buffers

If your buffers check out, then I would flip over to tx ST03n and verify the stats between your diag servers.

Hi

Aditional you can check the heap memory related parameters like(heam memory of ABAP DIA and ABAP NON DIA), and make sure you compare all memory related paramters and system memory  with your central instance as oyu already stated earier users are not facing any issue when they are in CI.

And maske use of ST03N for repsonce times in CI and dia.

Good luck .

Thanks Regards,

Good Day

Make use of the TX's ST02 and ST03N to identify the performance problems with the Application Server.
