cProjects- Phase and Sub-Phase creation

Can any one tell me how to create a Sub-Phase under a Phase in cProjects.  Currently we have below

  Project Header

          Phase1

               Task

                       Check list. 

          Phase2

               Task

                       Check list. 

User is looking for

          Project Header

                    Phase-1

                              Phase -1A     

                                   Task

                                      Check list. 

                    Phase-2

                             Phase -2A     

                                   Task

                                      Check list. 

Any guidance would be great. Can it be done if so how ?

Hi Raj,

as Clara said, the sub-phase is not available in PPM project.

Beside the sub-task, you can check the scenario  subproject or the programs can fit your requirement.

If the hiearchy information (Parent -Children) is not mandatory, you can also call the first-level task as 'sub-phase'. It is from dates-aspect no problem to bring the task-dates within the phase time-frame.

As far as i know the "sub phase" doesn't exist in cProjects.

You can change phases by tasks and tasks by subtasks

Project header

    Phase 1

          Task 1A

              Subtask1A1

                 Checklist

    Phase 2

      .....
